Exchanges
We understand the comfort that comes from being able to exchange merchandise and we want all of customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If you would like to exchange an item simply return the item along with the proof of purchase to P.O. Box 999, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 within 14 days of purchase. Please clearly indicate with the package which item, size, and color you would like to receive in return. Also include a contact phone number just in case the selected item is no longer in stock. If the customer is unable to be reached after 10 days a refund will be issued. Customer is responsible for shipping to P.O. Box for exchanges and it is recommended that the customer purchase tracking services for their package. Note that the new item must be of equal or lesser value than the original. Any difference in price shall be forfeited by the client.
Returns
We understand that customers want the security of being able to return merchandise. Rest assured that each item at Glitter & Lace is hand selected to ensure its quality. Should you wish to return an item simply mail the item along with the proof of purchase to P.O. Box 999, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254 within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping to P.O. Box for returns and it is recommended that the customer purchase tracking services for their package. Returned items must be in the original condition and must include a copy of your receipt or invoice.
Note that customers who mail in items after the 14 day period will be asked to pay for return shipping if they would like their items back or the item(s) will be forfeited.
There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on items purchased at a physical location such as a vendor fair or shopping event.
